The Apple may no longer be the hottest smartphone in the market, but the phone should still be added in any carrier’s portfolio. According to recent news, consumers planning to join T-Mobile’s prepaid plan can now purchase the iPhone 5 from Wal-Mart and Best Buy.
The iPhone 5 model has 16GB of internal storage and available in either black and white color options. Curiously, there are differences in prices, Best Buy is selling the phone for £418 while Wal-Mart offers the phone at just £405
Obviously, Wal-Mart is the option if consumers want to save some money. Just about every larger city in the United States has a Wal-Mart, but Best Buy’s stores are a bit harder to come by. It’s worth noting that Apple’s official website also sell iPhone 5 for T-Mobile with the same price tag as Best Buy.
Some would argue that it is quite inappropriate to purchase a high-end smartphone with prepaid plan. In addition, not everyone would agree to drop £386 plus for an iPhone 5, but still, it is good to see that consumers now have the option to do so.
