Motorola’s mysterious phone, the DROID RAZR Ultra was mentioned a couple of days ago and it seems to be quite real, since the company has shown it as a placeholder webpage on its website. Motorola says that the device will be as tough as steel, thinner and made from high-grade Kevlar material. The phone will also be available in a variety of colors.
Unfortunately, we can’t say much more about this device. Motorola does show some hardware specs on the webpage, but they seem to match more to the current DROID RAZR M. It appears that we still have a lot of room for speculation and Motorola might plan to release the DROID Ultra along with the Moto X.
@evleaks also told us that Motorola’s upcoming devices will join Verizon Wireless’ network in a few months. Other than the DROID RAZR ultra, Motorola could also be working on DROID RAZR M Ultra, DROID Ultra Maxx and Droid Ultra Mini.
