MetroPCS is offering two new promotions that give subscribers a £64 rebate for migrating to the carrier’s GSM service. The first £32 main-in rebate is available for subscribers who port their number to MetroPCS’ network by September 30. Unfortunately, T-Mobile MNVO and T-Mobile numbers are not eligible.
Another £32 main-in rebate is available for users who activate their compatible GSM handsets by September 30. The device should be active on the carrier’s network to be eligible. These offers are available for new phone activations only and subscribers should be active in the MetroPCS network for at least 35 days.
MetroPCS includes a feature on its official website to check whether specific devices are eligible for migration to its GSM network. Users simply need to enter the manufacturer name, device name and device model number to a field. Customers who meet these requirements will receive rebates through their prepaid MasterCard within three months after the submission and verification of their rebate form.
