HTC has announced the availability of Gold HTC with 18ct gold layer. Available in the UK for £2750, it is the most expensive HTC smartphones prepaid subscribers can get. The Taiwan-based company worked with Goldgenie to bring the luxurious look on the zero gap unibody design.
The Gold HTC One is still equipped with features of found on the standard model of the phone, such as BoomSound, Zoe and BlinkFeed.
The LTE-capable device is equipped with a 4.7-inch full HD Super LCD3 display with Corning Gorilla Glass 2, 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 32GB/64GB of internal storage, 4Mp UltraPixel rear-facing camera and 2300mAh battery.
There’s HTC Sense UI 5 on top of the Jelly Bean (Android 4.1.2), which is upgradeable to the newer Android 4.3. Other than 4G, the HTC One also supports HSPA+, WiFi hotspot, DLNA, WiFi Direct and Bluetooth 4.0. The built-in IR blaster allows users to control TV sets with remote apps.
